Sells Covered Bridge
In 1878 Sell's, also known as Roller Mill, Covered Bridge originated on Laughlin Mill Road and was used to cross the West Fork of Little Beaver Creek. This Multiple King Post structure was 48 feet long and 12 feet wide. Robinson and McCracken constructed it with a metal roof and cut stone abutments making it strong enough to hold 5 ton. This icon could no doubt share many stories if it could speak, including sad ones of how it was destroyed by fire. In 1994, Sell's covered bridge was rebuilt and relocated to Scenic Vista Park outside of Lisbon where it is appreciated and enjoyed today. You may visit the bridge at 11523 Wayne Bridge Road, Lisbon.

Centennial Bridge
The Centennial or Teegarden Covered Bridge was ereted in 1876 by J.C. Mountz using an eight panel Multiple King Post Design and was 66 feet long and 12 feet wide. It was capable of carrying up to 2 tons of vehicular traffic across the Middle Fork of Beaver Creek in Teegarden, a small community which once thrived in this scenic area of the County. In 1992 after decades of use, this aged, tattered structure was retired and replaced with a modern brige. In 2002, a complete restoration of the bridge was completed at a cost of $400,000. The newly renovated bridge is now part of the Greenway Bike Trail and can be seen at 35703 Eagleton Road, Salem

Church Hill Road Bridge
The Church Hill Road Bridge was built in the 1870's to span the Middle Fork of the Little Beaver Creek. It holds a special place in history because it is the shortest covered bridge in the United States, measuring 19 feet long and 3 feet wide. This is the County's only existing two-panel Single King Post covered bridge. In 1982 this antique structure was moved by the Elkton Historical Society to a location along State Route 154 in Elkton and can still be seen there today. In 2003, a rehabilitation of the bridge was completed for a cost of $32,000. To visit this site: 42087 OH-154, Lisbon

Thomas Malone Covered Bridge
In the 1870's, this 42 foot long bridge of Multiple King Post Design, originally rested over Middle Run on State Route 154 in Elkrun Township. In 1900's it was replaced and moved intact to the Wade Huffman Farm alongside Elkton Road. In 1912 when Lisbon Elkton Road was widened, the bridge was in the way. Mr. Huffman then transferred ownership to the Elkrun Township Trustees. At one point, the Trustees converted it into a storage building, since its structural expression afforded this purpose. Eventually, it was moved to Pine Hollow Road. In September 1970, this County relic was dismantled and moved to the State Park by the County's Engineer's Department. The restoration was completed in 1971 by the Columbiana County Historical Society in conjunction with the Forest and Parks Council. To visit this site: 12013 Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool

Jim McClellan Covered Bridge
The Jim McClellan covered bridge was built around 1870. It was needed to cross the West Fork of Little Beaver Creek. It measures 50 feet long and 13 feet wide having a six panel Multiple King Post Design. It was part of McClellan Road that once connected Wayne Bridge and Trinity Church roads, but the road was abandoned long ago and became part of woods and farm fields in this extremely rural part of the county.
